Who you are buying from

Rebel NPC (RebelNPC LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA) sells the products shown on this site. Questions about an order, a return or anything on this page: contact@rebelnpc.com. We answer every email.

Orders

An order is placed when you complete payment. You then receive a confirmation email listing what you bought, the price paid and the delivery address. That email is your proof of purchase. Keep it.

If a product turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we cancel the order and refund you in full. We do not substitute one product for another.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency, depending on where the order ships. Shipping is added on top of the product price and depends on the destination; it is shown before you pay, and it is free above the order value stated at checkout. The price that applies is the one displayed at the moment you pay.

Payment is handled at checkout by our payment provider. Your card details never reach us. We see the amount, the currency and the delivery address, nothing more.

Shipping

Orders are delivered in 1 to 2 weeks, carrier and destination included. You get a tracking number by email before your parcel leaves the workshop.

Customs and duties

All duties and import taxes are included in the price, everywhere we ship. Nothing to pay on delivery.

Returns and defects

You have 14 days to change your mind, and a defective product is replaced or refunded in full. The details are in our returns policy.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. Nothing here removes the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your own country. If something goes wrong, write to us first. It is faster than any other route.
